My experience with customer service was unmatched! I originally made a mistake when placing my order but didn't realize until it had been delivered. Luckily for me, I got to work with a few great people to make the exchange as quick and painless as possible. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional, even after a few hiccups. I always received very fast responses and never felt like I was being pushed to the side. To top it off, my hat is great and everyone gets a good laugh when I wear it. Would highly recommend this company to anyone!
